flooring, furniture, cabinets, etc. using protective plastic visqueen and canvas
dropcloths.
Remove
and replace switchplate and outlet covers.
Tape
off door hardware.
Remove and replace window coverings.
Repair
and patch drywall as necessary.
Caulk
baseboard and wall seams.
Light
sand baseboards and woodwork.
Apply
Sherwin Williams Premium Washable Acrylic Latex on interior wall surfaces.
Apply
Benjamin Moore Satin Impervo Oil Based Enamel to doors, casings, and baseboards.
Remove
and dispose of protective coverings.
* Colors and textures to be
selected and approved by customer. All materials shall be applied to
manufacturer specifications.

wash exterior surfaces, soffits and fascia. (Commercial Mildewcide - Chlorine.)
Pressure
clean exterior stucco surfaces, soffits and fascia. (3,500 lbs. PSI)
Seal
exterior stucco surfaces. (Masonry Sealer)
Repair
surface cracks exterior stucco surfaces. (Masonry Patch)
Caulk
all windows. (Urethane)
Spot
prime fascia as needed. (Acrylic Primer/Sealer)
Clean
all doors and frames.
Sand
all doors and frames.
Caulk
doors and frames as needed.
Clean
all aluminum downspouts and drip caps.
Apply
Sherwin Williams "Super Paint" 100% Acrylic Exterior Premium Paint to
all exterior stucco surfaces.
Apply
High Gloss Oil Based Premium Enamel to doors and frames.
Top
coat downspouts and drip caps with Premium 100% Acrylic.
Work
areas cleaned and free of debris upon completion.
Windows
and other surfaces cleaned and free of paint upon completion.
